Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. Tuesday 22nd July 2025 at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Godown No-1 234/1234/2 FP-69/3 Sadashiv Kanto B/h Bajaj Process Narol Chokdi Ahmedabad Gujarat India - 382 405 which commenced at 06:30 P.M. and concluded at 07:20 P.M. has considered and approved the cancellation of the proposed Rights Issue. However due to non-receipt of the minimum subscription as required under Regulation 86(2) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 the Company is unable to proceed with the Rights Issue. Accordingly the Rights Issue stands cancelled in compliance with the applicable regulatory provisions.
