Board recommends Final Dividend

ABM Knowledgeware Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2013, inter alia, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share i.e. 15%, which aggregates to Rs. 150.02 lacs for the year ended March 31, 2013. The corporate tax on such dividend aggregates to Rs. 24.34 Lacs.
