The Board at its meeting held today 13.06.2025 considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Ishit Vyas & Co. Practicing Company Secretary Ahmedabad as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the period of five consecutive financial years commencing from 2025-26 to 2029-2030 subject to the approval of Members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
