Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) vide its circular dated June 24 2025 has notified that the equity shares of the Company (Symbol: OCCL) will be voluntary delisted from NSE w.e.f. July 15 2025.
