Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations it is informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday June 10 2025 at the registered office of the company situated at SCO 1-5 Urbana Jalandhar Heights-II Jalandhar Punjab-144022 inter alia has approved the Construction Contract with M/s AGI Construction Private Limited for availing construction services for the purpose of construction of group housing project.
