Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI Regulations 2015 please be informed that the Board of Directors atits meeting held today has inter-alia considered and approved the followings:1. The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for theQuarter and half Year ended 30th September 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 aforesaid Financial Results along with the Limited ReviewReports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.2. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today did not consider theproposed appointment of Directors Mr. Rakesh Sareen (DIN: 07366997) & Mr. Raj KumarGupta (DIN: 00095758) which were included in the intimation of the said meeting due tofollowing reason:The Board in view of the non-availability of the proposed candidates decided not toproceed with the appointment of above candidates as additional Independent Directors.
