Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are hereby updating the Exchange that the Honble NCLT vide its order dated 30th May 2025 has approved the scheme of Amalgamation of Ever Electronics Private Limited the subsidiary company with and into IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited the material subsidiary company and the certified copy of the order was issued on 24th June 2025 and the same became effective upon filing of e-form INC-28 by both the Companies with ROC on 27th June 2025. Consequently the approval of the e-form INC-28 of ILJIN has been duly received today on 4th August 2025 and the status of Ever has been changed to Amalgamated Company.
