Special Window for Transfer and Dematerialisation of physical securities sold/purchased Prior to April 01 2019 for a period of 1 (one) year commencing from February 05 2026 to February 04 2027.

Amines & Plasticizers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report thereon to be issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended December 31 2025.

Please find attached intimation about Closure of Trading Window from January 01 2026 in accordance with SEBI PIT Regulations 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives.
