We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. May 27 2025 recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (25%) for the financial year ended March 31 2025. The payment of dividend is subject to the shareholders approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
