This is to inform you that as per Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Person (Code of Conduct) the trading window of the Company will be closed from Friday 20th June 2025 to Thursday 31st July 2025 (both days inclusive) for declaration of audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2025.
