Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform that Mr. Pankaj Jain currently Head-Legal at AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited has decided to pursue his career outside the organisation. He will complete his handover period by close of business hours on October 31 2025. The Company is looking for a suitable replacement for the said position.
