Appointment of M/s. BMP & Co. LLP as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company2. Appointment of M/s. Protiviti India Member Private Limited as the Internal Auditors of the Company3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Anjani Kumar as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO)4. Reclassification of Authorised Share Capital and alteration to the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company
