Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Obligations) we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e May 29 2025 considered and approved Reclassification of Authorised Share capital by reclassifying the Compulsorily convertible preference shares to resultant number of equity shares and consequent alteration to the Capital clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to approval of members of the Company.
