Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th August 2024 has approved the voluntary De-listing of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE). Accordingly the Company has filed the necessary delisting application with CSE on 27th May 2025.
