Pursuant to regulation 30 and 33 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e 14th February 2026 has considered and approved the Un-Audited both (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory auditors of the Company.

B & A Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve B&A Limited has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2026 interalia to consider and approve the un-audited financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Nine-months ended 31st December 2025 amongst other business.
