Bajaj Steel Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. along with limited review report thereon. Further in accordance with our communication dated December 26 2025 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed w.e.f. January 01 2026 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
