The Board of Directors of the Company through a resolution passed by circulation has appointed Mr.Ravindra Kumar Kothari ( DIN # 03418320) as Additional Director ( Non-Executive and Non-Independent) of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company or within three months from the date of appointment whichever is earlier.
