We are pleased to inform you that the Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench vide its Order dated 25th March 2025 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of BKT Tyres Limited with Balkrishna Industries Limited and their respective shareholders under Section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
