The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Gantayettu Bala Bhaskar Babuji a Company Secretary in Whole Time Practice as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30 subject to approval of Members of the Company.
