Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR Regulations) read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto this to to inform that Mr. Hitendra Mishra has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company due to personal reason with effect from closure of business hours on April 30 2025 after rendering sincere and dedicated services to the organization. The requisite details in accordance with regulation 30 of LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 are enclosed.In terms of provisions of Clause 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the LODR Regulations a copy of Resignation letter received from Mr. Hitendra Mishra is enclosed.You are requested to kindly take the same on records.
