The Board Meeting of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited (the Company) was held today i.e. Tuesday February 10 2026 at the registered office of the Company has considered and approved the following matter(s) amongst others-1. Approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. A copy of unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-1; and 2. Declared the Interim dividend of 50% i.e. 0.50 paisa per equity share on face value of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2025-2026. The Interim Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.
