The Board of Directors of the Company held their meeting today i.e. the 1st August 2025 which started at 3.00 PM and ended at 3.30 PM. The Board rescinded earlier resolution passed in meeting held on 30th May 2025 and rescheduled the date of 40th Annual General Meeting which will now be held on Thursday the 28th of August 2025. Cut-off date for determination of members however will remain unchanged from 20th August 2025. The Board also considered and approved Director Report along with all its Annexures and the same will be released to the public along with the AGM Notice and the Financial Statements.
