We are now pleased to inform you that the company has been informed by BLSE that is has filed today the Red Herring Prospectus Dated 23.01.2024 with the ROC New Delhi Delhi The Size of Fresh issue of upto 24130000 has been reduced by 1100000 equity shares pursuant to pre-ipo placement the frsh issue size is up to 23030000 equity shares.The IPO provides inter alia a reservation of 2303000 Equity shares available for allocation to BLS International Shareholders on proportionate basis i.e. upto 10% of size of issue for subscription by eligible shareholders of the company.
