Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 1 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has invested a sum of Rs. 8750000 towards acquisition of 875000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each equivalent to 6.04% stake in the Equity Share Capital of Suryaurja One Private Limited.
