Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that SEBI vide order dated June 14 2023 (order copy received vide e-mail on June 16 2023) imposed penalty on the Company for an amount of Rs. 500000/- under Section 15HA of SEBI Act 1992 (minimum penalty for fraudulent and unfair trade practices) and Rs. 100000/- under Section 15HB of SEBI Act 1992 (minimum penalty for contravention when no separate penalty has been provided) for violation of the provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (PFUTP) Regulations 2003. Further the above penalty has been imposed for violations pertaining to the FY 2018-19 i.e. period prior to invocation of SARFAESI Act 2002 by M/s UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited.
