Bank of India announces appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Bank of India announced the appointment of M.R. Kumar as part time Non-Official Director as well as Non-Executive Chairman, on the Board of Bank of India, for a term of three years, from the date of notification, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
