Board of Integrated Industries allots 95.78 lakh equity shares

At meeting held on 17 April 2024

The Board of Integrated Industries at its meeting held on 17 April 2024 has approved the allotment of 95,78,951 fully paid up bonus equity shares in ratio of 1:1. Pursuant to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 19,15,79,020 divided into 1,91,57,902 equity shares of face value of Re 10/- each.
