Gujarat Gas announced the resignation of Milind Torawane, IAS (DIN: 03632394), has resigned as Managing Director from the Board of Directors of the Company consequent to his transfer and appointment as Principal Secretary to Government, Education Department (Primary & Secondary Education) vide GAD Notification no. AIS/35.025/56/G dated 23 December 2025.
