The Board Meeting to be held on 17/12/2024 has been revised to 14/12/2024 Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Tuesday December 17 2024 now stands rescheduled. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is now scheduled to be held on Saturday December 14 2024 inter-alia to consider the matters as contained in the previous intimation.
