This is information on compliance with LODR Regulations particularly Regulation 6(1) regarding non-appointment of a whole-time Company Secretary for the quarters ended September 30 2025 and December 31 2025.Since the resignation of Mr. Bharatraj Panchal the company secretary to be appointed and had also published newspaper advertisement on 22nd October 2025 in the New Indian Express inviting applications for the position (copy enclosed).The company has now identified Mrs. M.S. Anantha Lakshmi B. Com ACS ACMA MBA as Company Secretary & Compliances Officer and has issued offer letter to her in continuation to which the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled on 9th January 2026 for the appointment.We shall keep the exchange informed and submit the necessary disclosures post the board meeting which is to be held on 9th January 2026. In lieu of the above kindly treat the company as fully complaint in respect of the SEBI LODR Regulation.
