This is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April 2025 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2025.
