This is to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of company shall remain close from 01 st January 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in terms of companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall remain close until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.
