Dear Sir The Board of Directors in their Meeting held on 30th July 2025 inter alia considered and approved the following:1. Re-appointment of Mr. Rasesh Kanakia as the Executive Chairman of the Company for a further period of Five years2. Re-appointment of Mr. Himanshu Kanakia as the Executive MD for a further period of five years3. Approval for revision in salary of Mr. Ashish Kanakia to office or place of profit in senior management grade. All the above is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting. Kindly take the same on records and oblige.
