This is to Inform that Securities and Exchange Board of India has given its Observation Letter dated May 09 2025 under the SEBI listing Regulations in relation to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Citizen Solar Private Limited (Transferor Company) with Citizen Infoline Limited (Transferee Company) the details of which are provided in the below mentioned Annexure. Company shall now proceed to file Amalgamtion petition with Ahmedabad Bench with honble NCLT in due course.We take note of the content of the said letters and will adhere to the complaince(s) stated therein:
