With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting referred herein above regarding the proposed preferential issue we hereby submit the Revised Outcome of the Board Meeting with the requisite disclosures as mandated under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 47(1) (b) and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the extract of the Un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter & Half Year of Financial Year 2025-26 ended on 30th September 2025 as reviewed by the Audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 14th November 2025 were published in Financial Express (English) and Nava Telangana (Telugu) Hyderabad Edition on 16th November 2025. We are hereby enclosing the newspaper clippings of the same for your reference and records.

Approved the Issue of up to 2500000 (Twenty-Five Lakhs) equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each on a preferential basis to strategic investors in public category pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench vide its Order dated March 24 2023.

1. Approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report thereon.2. Approved Issue of up to 2500000 (Twenty-Five Lakhs) equity shares of face value of INR 10/- each on a preferential basis to strategic investors in public category pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Hyderabad Bench vide its Order dated March 24 2023.
