Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Monday 2nd February 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia has considered and approved following business:1. Un-audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report (issued by M/s. KPSJ Associates & LLP Statutory Auditors) for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025 is enclosed herewith.

Clio Infotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Monday 2nd day of February 2026 inter alia to consider approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025.Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window is already closed from 01st January 2026 and will remain close till completion of 48 hours of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 on such information being made public for all Directors KMPs Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company as defined in the Code.
