This is with reference to our prior intimation dated October 03 2025 regarding the meeting of the Board of Directors of Covidh Technologies Limited scheduled to be held today i.e. Thursday October 09 2025 to consider and approve matters relating to the Rights Issue including fixation of the record date issue price entitlement ratio etc.We wish to inform you that the said Board Meeting has been deferred due to the delay in receipt of the In-Principle Approval from BSE Limited for the proposed Rights Issue. The Board shall consider and approve the aforesaid matters once the In-Principle Approval is received from the Exchange.
