Based on recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration & Compensation Committee the Board of Directors has recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Ajit S. Shriram (DIN: 00027918) as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from 2nd May 2026 to the shareholder for their approval at the ensuing 36th AGM.
