As per Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading of Dhanada Corporation Limited and SEBI Insider Trading Regulations the trading window for dealing in securities will remain closed from 1st January 2023 till the second day after the submission of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2022 for directors promoters officers substantial shareholders employees of the Company and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be re-opened from the third day after the submission of the aforesaid results to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
