Pursuant to Provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Dhanlaxmi Cotex Limiteds Code of Conduct for Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from close of business hours of 30th June 2025 till 48 hours after the Announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025.
