We hereby confirm that we are not a Large Corporate as defined in the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated Noo.26 2018 read with SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated Oct 19 2023 regard to Fund Raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities . Therefore the filing of the Initial Discl in Annex A of the said circular for the FY ended 31st March 2025 is not required
