In furtherance to our disclosures dated November 7 2023 February 12 2024 March 30 2024 April 01 2024 July 15 2024 & October 1 2024 relating to long term partnership with Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited we hereby appraise you that Dilip Buildcon Limited (Company) has transferred 24.99 % equity capital stake in its two wholly owned subsidiary company viz. 1) Mehgama-Hansdiha Highways Limited; And 2) Raipur-Visakhapatnam-CG-2 Highways Limited held by the Company to Build India Infrastructure Fund.
