Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the schedule of Analyst/ Investor Meeting with the Company is as mentioned in the attached file.

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday December 27 2025 which was commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 12:45 p.m. approved issuance of upto 5000 (Five thousand) Senior Secured Rated Listed Transferable Taxable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 100000/- (Rupees One Lac only) each aggregating up to Rs. 500000000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores) on a private placement basis (the Issue or Debentures or NCDs).The Disclosures with respect to the Debentures pursuant to SEBI circular bearing reference number: SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations is attached as Annexure - I.
