The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on date 11th August 2025 has inter alia approved the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 and the same is enclosed along with Limited Review Report as issued by the Auditors of the Company and placed before the Board pursuant to Regulation 30(6) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
