Further to our letter dated 02nd May 2025 in reference to consideration of declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend for the FY 2024-25 at the Board meeting to be held on Friday 16th May 2025 and fixation of record date please be informed that the record date has been revised and the company has fixed Thursday 22nd May 2025 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the name of members/ beneficial owners entitled to receive the above dividend if declared by the Board of Directors at the meeting.
