This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday _February 04 2024 have inter-alia; considered and approved:1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2024 along with Limited Review Report. The unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Reports are attached herewith and marked as Annexure I.
