In furtherance to our intimation dated 14th June 2025 we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday June 16 2025 have accepted and taken on record the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Joshi (DIN: 08855031) from the position of Managing Director & CEO of the Company designated as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and this resignation shall be effective as of close of business hours on 12th September 2025.The Board places on record its appreciation and gratitude for the significant and valuable contributions made by Mr. Rajesh Joshi during his tenure as Managing Director & CEO of the Company.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 3:45 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4:00 p.m. (IST).
