We hereby inform you that in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Code read with applicable provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives as defined in the code shall remain closed from 01st January 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The Trading window will however be open for general investors.
