Board of directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13th August 2025 has approved the Re-appointment of Shri Kunal Jain Whole-time Director designated as an Executive Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. 1st May 2026 subject to approval of members in the ensuing AGM to be held on 26th September 2025.
