This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Friday November 14 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended on September 30 2025.The Board Meeting Commenced at 03:30 p.m. and concluded at 04:30 p.m.In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter and Half Year ended on September 30 2025.Kindly take the same on record.
